INTRODUCTION
From its early beginnings, EWI has always been committed to promoting community involvement and professional development. Our Business/Career/Development Program (B/C/DP) is a renowned program offering scholastic assistance in a number of different scholarship program.
EXECUTIVE WOMEN INTERNATIONAL SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM (EWISP)
The Executive Women International Scholarship program has been helping high juniors achieve their academic goals for over 25 years. Recognized by Money Magazine as one of the top 12 scholarship opportunities in the United States, EWISP allows selected students to compete at both the EWI chapter and EWI corporate levels for scholarships.
Qualifications:
Judging Criteria:
Students are judged on their application materials, oral and written communication skills, creativity, scholastic records, and involvement in extracurricular activities, leadership qualities, awards and honors, citizenship, attitude and clearly defined career goals.

ADULT STUDENTS IN SCHOLASTIC TRANSITION PROGRAM (ASIST)
The Adult Students in Scholastic Transition Program (ASIST) provides financial support adult students at transitional points in their lives. Applicants may be single parents, individuals just entering the work force or displaced workers who live within a chapter's geographical boundaries. To be eligible for the program, candidates must be able to define their career goals and objectives and meet the necessary education and financial requirements.

Application Requirements:
It is requested that candidates submit a copy of their most recent tax return, a letter stating career goals/objectives and how they will achieve the goals/objectives, statement of financial need, and where relevant, an application for financial aid. In countries outside the United States, candidates can submit other documents, income tax return, to establish their financial status.

DONNA TANNER SCHOLARSHIP
A local Shreveport/Bossier City Chapter scholarship handled through Louisiana State University-Shreveport. This $1,000 scholarship is awarded to a junior in the college of Business at LSU-Shreveport. The Donna Tanner Scholarship was started by the Shreveport/Bossier City chapter of EWI and Aaron Selber, Jr. in remembrance of Donna Tanner a long time member of EWI and representative for Aaron Selber, Jr.
